Tarion will present a 2026 Spring Builder Update.
Builder Updates are a great opportunity for you to learn about what's been happening at Tarion, ask questions and receive assistance on any Tarion-related matters. You'll also be able to meet with the Industry Relations Team and other Tarion staff one-on-one.
Please join us for our session where our agenda will include;
• What's Been Happening at Tarion, where we will review what's new at Tarion and refresh you on existing requirements;
• A Review of online supports such as BuilderLink, Home Hub and Home Explorer;
• Warranty Refresher, where we will talk about Tarion processes that can help with customer service, such as guidance on preparing for conciliation, best practices on how to manage a Major Structural Defect claim, and a review of other processes at Tarion to support you; and
• Claim Stats for 2025.
After our presentation, we will open the floor for questions and a discussion session.
Coffee, tea and water will be served.
