LEEP: Tiered Code Compliance [Sold Out]

Building codes are changing and will soon require higher levels of performance. This full-day training provides NBC 2020 code updates and how they will relate to the upcoming provincial code. The delivery includes both a prescriptive and a performance compliance path walkthrough and an interactive IDP-simulated charrette.

The training is geared to renovators, custom builders, builders and developers, architects, energy advisors and engineers.

Higher levels require new tools to measure and verify performance levels and benefit from new team-based design strategies to help with complex decision making.
