Tarion, in collaboration with BILD, presents its 2025 Spring Builder Update on May 9. Builder Updates are a great opportunity to learn about what's been happening at Tarion, ask questions and receive assistance on any Tarion-related matters and meet with the industry relations team and other Tarion staff one-on-one.
The session will review:
• What's been happening at Tarion, such as recent changes and updates
• Updates on online supports, such as Home Hub and Home Explorer
• A warranty refresher about Tarion processes that can help with customer service, such as the early resolution process and vendor/builder homeowner repair agreements
• Claim stats for 2024
